Pet Friendly Community

Oaks at Sone Fountain is a pet-friendly rental community of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments for rent in Tampa, Florida. Oaks at Stone Fountain features pet policies to accommodate pet ownership. We accept a maximum of two pets per household. Each pet is subject to a one-time fee of $350.00 and a monthly rent fee of $35.00. Pet Policy

• Pet Types: Cats & Dogs
• Breed Restrictions Apply – Breeds regarded as vicious including, but not limited to, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Chow, Pit Bull or any dog with a biting history. Also any mixed breeds of the above noted dogs are not allowed.
• Maximum Pets Per Unit: 2
